These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://www.austrips4u.com and the booking of entertainment services provided by J Kingsman Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services and book any performers. By making a booking, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2. Booking & Payment

When you submit a booking request or make a deposit, you authorize J Kingsman Inc. to charge your credit card or other payment method for the agreed amount. You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and agree to provide a valid payment method if the original one becomes invalid.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you cancel your booking 30 days before the event date, your deposit can be credited toward a future event. The credit will be valid for up to one (1) year from the original booking date.
• Cancellations made on the day of the event will result in NO REFUND.
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking immediately if clients or guests are disrespectful, rude, violent, or abusive toward our performers or staff.

4. Event Conduct & Rules

You and your guests must treat our performers and staff with respect and courtesy at all times. No violence, physical contact, hitting, kicking, screaming, or harassment of any kind is permitted. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the performance and leave the event if these rules are violated, and the full amount will still be charged.

5. Non-Solicitation Agreement

Client agrees that during the term of any booking and for twelve (12) months thereafter, Client will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, hire, retain, or attempt to hire any performer or contractor introduced by J Kingsman Inc.

6. Independent Contractor Status

All performers are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between J Kingsman Inc. and the Client.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality entertainment services. However, we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction due to personal preferences. All services are provided "as is" without any warranties.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
